Aburage Kim Chee

  • 1 pkg. (8 pieces) aburage, sliced thin
  • Green onions, minced
  • Sesame seeds, roasted
  • MSG
  • Chili pepper, minced

Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Combine aburage, onions, sesame seeds, MSG and chili pepper. Set aside. Mix sauce ingredients. Gradually pour over aburage mixture. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate.

Variation: Add 1/2 pound sliced tako. Use 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon oil in place of 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
