Glenn’s Ono Broiled Sushi

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 9 Shiitake Mushrooms, soaked and chopped
  • 10 sticks Imitation Crab Meat, chopped
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • Furikake
  • Tobiko
  • Korean Nori

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mushrooms and crab. Spread cooked rice in a 9 x 13 inch ovenproof pan. Sprinkle generous amount of furikake over rice. Spread crab mixture evenly over the top of the rice. Broil for about 8 to 10 minutes until browned. Garnish with tobiko. Spoon into Korean nori.

For those who prefer it spicy, squeeze or dot Sriracha hot chili sauce on topping before broiling.
