Macadamia-Cream Frosting

• 1 large container Cool Whip
• 1 can crushed pineapple (small), drained very well

Blend ingredients and spread over cake. Cake must be cool. Garnish with finely chopped macadamia nuts (approximately 1/4 cup).

Note: Frosts a 9×13-inch size cake. Frosting becomes firm and does not melt.
