Easy Mochi with Azuki and Nuts

- 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix with Pudding
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly spray 9 x 13 pan.
- Combine beaten eggs, oil, water and yogurt. Add to Cake mix. Mix well.
- Spoon 2/3 of mixed batter into pan.
- Spread 1 can of cranberry sauce evenly over batter. Top with rest of batter.
- Sprinkle nuts
- Bake 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. Test with toothpick.
- Cool before removing from pan.
- Serve with ice cream.
Note substitution for cranberry sauce: Homemade Ohelo Berry sauce is ono too.
