Jello Mochi

  • 2 pkg. mochiko (not box type)
  • 2 pkg. (3 oz.) orange jello
  • 2 cans orange soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine dry ingredients. Add unchilled soda water, eggs and butter; mix well. Line pan with waxed paper and bake in 350 degree F. oven for 1 hour in 9 x 13 pan. Cool, cut and roll in katakuri (potato starch).
