Granola

- 5 c. rolled oats or mix of rye, wheat and oats
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. sesame seeds
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. instant powdered milk
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. raisins, currants, optional
Mix dry ingredients. Combine and warm oil and honey. Add to dry ingredients. Spread on 2 or 3 cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour in low oven 300 degrees F. Stir occasionally. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator. Use as cereal. May add 1 c. roasted soy nuts or peanuts for snacking purposes.
