Lilikoi “Kanten”
- 3 pkg. gelatin
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 can frozen guava concentrate
Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 c. water. Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water. Add the guava concentrate and the dissolved gelatin. Pour in pan and refrigerate until jelled. Cut and serve.
Substitute:
- 1 pkg. orange jello
- 1 can frozen passion concentrate
