Kulolo

Combine:

  • 1 pkg. poi
  • 2 lb. cooked mashed taro
  • 1 1/4 c. coconut milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Place mixture in pan lined with wet brown paper, tin foil and then greased parboiled ti leaf. Cover top with parboiled ti leaf and finally with tin foil. Place a pan of water in the lower shelf of the oven. Bake in 300 degree F. oven for 1 hour.
