Cheese ‘N Olive Surprise

  • 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 24 stuffed green olives

Blend grated cheese and soft butter. Sift flour, salt and paprika; stir into cheese and butter. Mix well. Wrap 1 teaspoon cheese dough around each of 24 stuffed olives. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Cheese balls may be frozen before cooking.
