Ethel’s Chip Chip Cookies
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 package chocolate chips (6 oz.)
- 1 package butterscotch chips (6 oz.)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
Melt the margarine in a 9- by 13-inch pan in the oven. Sprinkle evenly over the top, the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, cracker crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Pour the Eagle Brand milk over the top. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes – watch carefully. Remove from pan immediately.
