Paniola Spread

  • 1 package MIKO PIPI KAULA
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 TBS. chopped pimiento
  • 2 TBS. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped sweet pickles
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. Caraway seed (optional)

Cut PIPI KAULA into 1-inch pieces and put through medium fine bladed meat grinder. Combine with remaining ingredients. Serve on hard tack crackers. Or spread on 8 hamburger bun halves. Broil 3- to 5-inches below heat till slightly browned.
