Beer Bisquick Muffins

  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can beer or club soda

Combine, pour in loaf pans or muffin tins and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Make your own self-rising flour by combining 1 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt.
