Sour Cream Coffee Cake
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
- ½ cup oil
- ½ pt. sour cream
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. lemon extract
Mix above for 10 minutes.
Pour ½ of the batter in greased tube pan.
Sprinkle with half of:
- 1 T. cinnamon
- ½ cup sugar
- chopped nuts
Swirl through batter with fork. Add remaining batter and top with remaining sugar mixture and nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
