Sauce for “Sushi” and “Namasu”
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. ajinomoto
- bouillon cube or Dashinomoto may be added
Boil until sugar is dissolved. Pour into bottle and store in the refrigerator. Use part of the sauce for seasoning rice for sushi, and for namasu.
