Raspberry Fingers

Mrs. Georgine Sutherland – Papaikou

  • ½ c butter
  • ½ c sugar
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 egg
  • Milk
  • Raspberry jam
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c coconut

Cream butter and sugar in a bowl. Add flour, egg and only enough milk to form a stiff dough. Spread dough on cookie sheet.

Combine 1 egg, jam and coconut and spread this mixture over dough.

Bake at 350° F. until done about 25 to 30 min. Cut into fingers when cold.
