Pumpkin Crunch

  • 1 lg. can pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lg. can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 2 blocks butter, melted & cooled

Mix first group of ingredients together. Pour into ungreased, wax paper-lined 13x9x2″ pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over mixture. Then sprinkle chopped walnuts evenly over cake mix. Spoon melted butter over nuts and cake mix. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
