Peanut Butter Cookies (50 small)

Temperature: 375º F.                                                                           Time: 10 minutes

• ¾ cup peanut butter
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 egg beaten
• ½ tsp. vanilla
• ¾ cup flour
• ¼ tsp. salt
• ¼ tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tbsp. water
• ½ tsp. soda

1. Cream peanut butter and sugar.
2. Add egg, vanilla, sifted dry ingredients, and water. Mix thoroughly and chill.
3. Roll very thin and cut with small cooky cutter.
4. Bake in a moderately hot oven.
