Peach Cake

  • 1 box cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. apricot nectar

Combine and bake in 9×13″ pan in 325 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. To cooled cake make holes in cake and pour 1-1 1/2 c. peach syrup. Frost cake with the following:

  • 1 block butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sm. tub Cool Whip
  • 1 sm. can peaches, chopped fine

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and beat some more. Fold in Cool Whip and chopped peaches.
