Okayu (Soft Rice)

SERVINGS 2 – 3
- 1/2 cup rice
- 5 cups water
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
Put washed rice and water in large saucepan and bring to boil. After 10 minutes turn heat low, and cook 30-40 minutes. Add salt just before removing from fire.
