Ogo Kim Chee
- 1 lb. ogo
- 2 T. Hawaiian salt
- 1 T. garlic
- 1 t. ginger
- 1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 piece of red pepper or 1/2 t. cayenne
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup shoyu
- 1/2 t. Ajinomoto
Pour boiling water over ogo in bowl. Add Hawaiian salt and let it sit for awhile. Drain. Add seasonings.
