Oatmeal Crispy
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Sift flour once, measure and combine all dry ingredients. Add to first mixture. Mix until well blended. Add oats and nuts. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
