Muffin Cookies
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stock butter or oleo (remove about 1″ until 3/4 block is left)
Mix butter and cheese well. Add flour. Form dough into 24 small balls and press into small muffin pans.
Filling:
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 inch butter
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well and spoon into muffin pan. Bake 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
