Muffin Cookies

• 3 oz. cream cheese
• 1 c. flour
• 1 stock butter or oleo (remove about 1″ until 3/4 block is left)

Mix butter and cheese well. Add flour. Form dough into 24 small balls and press into small muffin pans.

Filling:

• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 inch butter
• 3/4 c. chopped nuts
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spoon into muffin pan. Bake 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
