Milk Chocolate Cake

• 1 3/4 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 oz. chocolate
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/3 c sugar
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 c salad oil
• 1 c milk
• 2 eggs

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt into mixing bowl. Drop in salad oil, melted chocolate; add milk and vanilla, beat 200 times.

Add eggs and beat 200 times.

Pour into well-greased cake pans and bake in oven 350° F. for about 30 minutes.
