Mango Pineapple Bread Pudding

KTA recipe

  • 1 (16 oz.) King’s Hawaiian Sweet Bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar Hawaiian Sun Mango Pineapple Jam
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  1. Break sweet bread into pieces and place in a greased foil-lined 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Spoon jam evenly over bread (I place plops of the jam and spread with a spatula).
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, sugar and melted butter. Blend well and pour over bread and jam. Sprinkle cinnamon over all.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
