Lobster Miso Soup
- 1 lobster, cut in serving pieces (raw)
- miso
- 9 cups boiling water
- ajinomoto
- tofu (optional)
- green onion, chopped
Put lobster in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes. Add miso according to your own taste. Add ajinomoto just before serving. Cubed tofu added before serving is very delicious. Garnish with chopped onions.
