Korean Style Ogo
- 2 lbs. ogo
- 1/3 cup Japanese vinegar
- ½ cup shoyu
- 1 T. sesame seed ground
- 1 T. sesame oil
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 1″ ginger root, grated
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic grated
- Red pepper to taste
Blanch ogo; drain and cool. Cut into 2″ pieces. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ogo.
