Ice Cream Jello

• 1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Jello mixture:

• 2 small pkg. orange Jello
• 1 small pkg. lemon Jello
• 2 cups hot water
• 1/2 cup tap water
• 1/2 cup sugar

Gelatin mixture:

• 2 pkg. gelatin
• 1/2 cup water

Mix Jello, water, and sugar. Then mix gelatin and water. Combine mixtures with ice cream. Use 8″ x 8″ pan, rubbed lightly with mayonnaise.

Jello is firm; it can be cut in squares and eaten as finger food.
