Ice Cream Cake

  • 1 Ea 8″ Orange Chiffon Tube Cake
  • Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
  • Fresh Fruit (optional)
  • Whipped Cream (optional)

1. Purchase an 8″ orange chiffon tube cake. Carefully slice 1″ from the top of the cake. Set aside.

2. Use a fork and carefully hollow out a canal from the bottom of the cake (do not go all the way through to the very bottom). Set aside cake crumbles.

3. Fill the canal with ice cream. Replace the top and freeze cake overnight.

4. Slice and top with fruit and whipped cream. Simple and easy!!
