Guava Butter
- 3 C sugar
- 4 C guava pulp – half & half green and ripe
- ½ tsp. allspice
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp grated ginger
- juice of half a lime
Put in pot and stir. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Makes approximately 5 cups.
