Gelatin Cream Cake

Crust:

  • 1½ block butter
  • ½ cup sugar (brown)
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Buttered 9×13 pan. Bake 10 minutes or until brown. 375 degrees.

Filling:

Dissolve 1 box lemon flavored gelatin in 1 cup hot water and let cool. Cream ¾ cup sugar and 1 8 oz. cream cheese. Whip 1 cup whipping cream and add to cheese mixture then add cooled gelatin into mixture. Pour over cooled crust and chill until firm.

Topping:

Dissolve 2 boxes or 1 family size strawberry flavored gelatin in 3 cups of hot water. Let cool. Pour on top of chilled cheese mixture and chill until firm.
