Fried Rice With Shrimps

  • 4 c. cold cooked rice
  • 4 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. cooked small shrimps
  • 1/2 c. diced cooked ham
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • Seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Salt to taste

Fry rice in hot oil in frying pan over moderate heat until rice is thoroughly
heated. Add eggs, seasonings, stir and fry for 3 minutes. Add onions and remaining ingredients. Mix together thoroughly and fry for another 3 minutes. Remove and serve. Serves 4 or 5.
