French Dressing II

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup corn oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2½ tbsp. sugar
  • 1½ tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic(use garlic press)

Combine dry ingredients, add garlic and wine vinegar. Next add oil to mayonnaise and combine ingredients, place in a pint jar and shake well. Refrigerate, this recipe makes 1 1/3 cups or just about a pint.
Hint: Keep paprika with bottle cap on tightly in refrigerator to maintain the lovely red color.
