Double Fudge Brownies

- 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 Ea Large Eggs
- 2/3 Cup Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Pkg Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
- 3-4 Oz Chocolate Chips (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray or grease 9×13 pan and dust with cocoa powder.
2. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
3. In a saucepan, boil the butter, sugar, and water. Remove from heat and stir in the package of chocolate chips until melted. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
4. On low speed, mix the eggs into the chocolate mixture.
5. By hand, mix in the flour mixture and optional nuts or chips.
6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 55 minutes.
