Curry Rice

  • 2 cups Rice, washed and drained
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 3/4 to 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Char Siu, diced
  • 1/2 cup Celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, minced
  • 1/4 cup Chinese Parsley, chopped

Cook rice in rice cooker. Let rice steam in remaining heat for 5 to 15 minutes.

Mix curry powder and mayonnaise. While rice is still very hot, add mayonnaise mixture, char siu, celery, green onions and parsley and serve.
