Curry Rice
- 2 cups Rice, washed and drained
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Curry Powder
- 3/4 to 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Char Siu, diced
- 1/2 cup Celery, diced
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, minced
- 1/4 cup Chinese Parsley, chopped
Cook rice in rice cooker. Let rice steam in remaining heat for 5 to 15 minutes.
Mix curry powder and mayonnaise. While rice is still very hot, add mayonnaise mixture, char siu, celery, green onions and parsley and serve.
