Cranberry Mold

  • 1 lb. cranberry
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 pkgs. strawberry or cherry gelatin
  • 3 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • ½ cup walnut (optional)

Wash and stem cranberries. Put through food chopper. Grate orange rind. Then peel orange and put through food chopper. Add sugar and orange pulp to cranberries and stir.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and chill until it starts to thicken. Then add cranberry mixture, celery, apples and nuts. Chill
