BUNDT CAKE

 

Yield: 10 inch bundt pan

INGREDIENTS

1 box yellow cake mix

1 box instant vanilla pudding

½ cup oil

4 eggs

1 cup water, hot

2 tbsp. poppy seed

1½ tsp. almond extract

METHOD

  1. Mix together cake mix and pudding.

  2. Blend in oil, eggs and extract. Beat until fluffy.

  3. Add hot water and beat well.

  4. Sprinkle poppy seeds.

  5. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.

  6. Cool thoroughly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
