Almond Float
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- ½ cup water
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- fruit, grapes, mandarin orange, pineapple, lichee, etc.
Dissolve gelatin in the water. Heat milk and sugar, add gelatin. Stir until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. Cool and add almond extract. Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
Unmold in attractive deep dish, pour chilled fruits with syrup over and add a few maraschino cherries.
