Tofu Salmon Salad

  • 1 block Tofu, cubed
  • 1 lg. can salmon
  • 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 stalks green onions, cut fine
  • 1/2 head lettuce, shredded fine

In a large serving dish, start with the shredded lettuce. Place in the following order: tofu, salmon (bite size pieces), onion, tomatoes and green onions.

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup shoyu
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1 T mirin
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Finely minced green onions (optional)
