Tofu Salmon Salad
- 1 block Tofu, cubed
- 1 lg. can salmon
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 3 stalks green onions, cut fine
- 1/2 head lettuce, shredded fine
In a large serving dish, start with the shredded lettuce. Place in the following order: tofu, salmon (bite size pieces), onion, tomatoes and green onions.
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup shoyu
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T mirin
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Finely minced green onions (optional)
