Takuwan
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 3 T salt
Cook together and cool.
- 1/4 t. yellow color
- 1 chili pepper
- 3-4 large turnips
Add to cooled liquid.
Cut turnips in quarters or slice to about 1/4 inch thickness. Add liquid. Refrigerate.
