Shortbread Cookies
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
Mix, refrigerate. Roll and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
Yield: approximately 5 dozen.
