3-Layer Gelatin

• 1 box (red) flavored gelatin
• 2 pkgs plain gelatin
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1½ cup sugar

Mix gelatin and sugar. Pour over boiling water. Mix until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Pour into a 9×9 inch pan and chill. Put butter on pan before pouring in mixture.

• 4 pkg plain gelatin
• 4 cup milk
• Green coloring
• 1¾ cup sugar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar and gelatin. Add milk and heat until sugar and gelatin dissolve. Do not boil. Divide into two. Add green coloring into one half. Keep the other white.
When the red gelatin jells, pour over the white gelatin mixture. When the white jells, add the green mixture. Chill well.
