Pineapple – Mango Jam

  • 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mashed canned mangoes
  • 7 cups white sugar
  • ½ bottle liquid pectin
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice

Combine first three ingredients and boil hard one minute. Add pectin and lime juice, stir a few minutes and ladle in sterilized jars. Top with hot paraffin wax.
