Oh So Lemony Cake

  • 1 Box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Box Instant Lemon Pudding
  • 4 Ea Large Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Water

Glaze (optional):

  • 2 Cups Sifted Powdered Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Mix cake ingredients until smooth as directed on the box.
3. Pour into ungreased pan and bake for 35 minutes or until done.
4. While cake is baking, mix glaze ingredients.
5. While cake is still hot, use a fork to pierce holes all over the cake through to the bottom.
6. Immediately pour over glaze. It will seep into the cake and make the cake moist.
