Jello Haupia

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water

Bring to boil.

After mixture boils, reduce heat.

  • 6 pkgs. gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cans (Chaokoh) coconut milk.

Combine, then add to above mixture.

Stir. Remove from heat and pour into 9 x 13 baking pan. Refrigerate.
