Miso Soup

  • 3 cups water
  • ½ cup strained miso
  • ¼ cup dried shrimp

Boil shrimp in water about 20 minutes and strain. Add miso and bring to a boil, sprinkle finely chopped green onions. Tofu, fu, canned clams, fish, wakame, seaweed and etc. may be added for variation.
