Lilikoi Fluff

- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. lilikoi juice
- 1 pt. vanilla ice milk or ice cream
Mix all ingredients; chill until it begins to set. Beat until foamy, and add slowly one pint of vanilla ice milk or ice cream. Continue to beat until quite thick. Pour into Pyrex pie pan lined with graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle more crumbs on top. Chill for several hours.
May also be poured into individual dessert dishes and served as pudding.
