Fresh Cranberry/Orange Mold

  • 2 large oranges, peeled, seeded and quartered
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries

Put into blender, blend briefly.

Add 1 envelope unflavored gelatin into above mixture, stir thoroughly. Put into refrigerator while you fix a 6 oz. pkg. strawberry, rasberry or orange gelatin with 2-1/2 cup hot water until dissolved. Add enough ice to fast set the mixture and bring the gelatin up to 4 cups. Pour into the cranberry-orange mixture and mix well. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart mold. Refrigerate.

Unmold and garnish with fresh orange twists.
