Energy Bars

  • 1 – 10 oz. Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 block Margarine

Melt. Stir until marshmallows dissolve.

  • 2½ cups Rice Crispies
  • 2 cups Oatmeal
  • 1½ cups Raisins
  • 1 cup Unsalted Nuts (or Walnuts)

Heat over low flame. Pour melted mixture over cereal. Mix until cereal mixture is coated.

Line 9 x 13 pan with wax paper. Pour cereal mixture. Press down with buttered hands. Put a layer of wax paper. Press down firmly. Sesame seed may be sprinkled on top. When cool, cut in bars.
