Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. yogurt from starter
- 1 qt. milk
Heat 1 qt. milk to lukewarm (about 110 degrees F. or when drops of milk on inside of wrist feel neither warm nor cool). Stir 2 Tbsp. yogurt from starter into 1/2 c. of this milk. Add mixture to remaining milk. Stir well and pour into serving bowls. Cover bowls and wrap in tea towel to keep it warm. Place in warm spot and do not disturb for 4 or 5 hours, until yogurt has firmed the milk.
