Passion Fruit Jelly

  • 3 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice, strained with cloth
  • 3/4 c. fresh passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 c. Certo

1. Combine sugar and pineapple juice and bring to bubbling boil.
2. Stir constantly for 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in Certo.
4. Add passion fruit juice and mix well.
5. Pour into glasses (sterilized) and pour paraffin at once.
